We believe in fresh creators . . .
Theon House doesn't follow the self-publishing fad. For the English language, the author can choose a no-fee contract despite the work being translated and edited.
All our conventions respect the author and his/her work:
1) They have an expiration date that is renewed with the consent of the author.
2) They do not bind the author with the exclusivity of publication in subsequent works.
3) They give a guarantee of minimum copies with a special supplementary form in the contract.
4) Copyright rates are paid in full and on time.
5) Give the right to choose a contract and/or readjustment.
"Theon House" is looking for writers who write in English, Greek, Spanish, Italian, and French. Our publications' aim is to select works that interest readers from all over the world and especially from Europe, America, and Australia.
We're passionate about pairing the right partners to produce perfect books. We also connect our writers directly with the audience of millions of readers from around the globe through our social media channels, email newsletters, and more.
Through collaboration with excellent professionals, we approach readers in new and exciting ways, piquing curiosity for each book, before its release date.
We all believe that the participation of our authors in the production process is essential to ensure the high quality of our publications. All of our contracts utilize entirely traditional production methods, including typesetting, house-styling, editing, proofreading, cover design, blurb content and press release content, and official registration of the ISBN.
The original text is checked by a specialist philologist so that any spelling and syntax errors can be corrected. Each translation is followed by the literary adaptation to the new language, preserving the meaning and style of the author.
We take great pride in what we do, and we feel that it is important for all British writers who aim at a large audience, to fully understand what the "Theon House" hopes to achieve for every contract we offer.
