The sessions are divided into twenty sections. Each unity must be performed on the same day. If in one day, you want to go ahead and complete two unities, you can do so. When we deliver the seminar on weekends, this is the way; four sections each weekend. However, it is more efficient to go one unit at a time since you are not pressed for time.
Finally, do not listen to the sessions without following the instructions. Learn about each session by reading. That's why the book exists.
