"Theon House" is a new publishing house whose human resources consist of writers, philologists, and artists. When we met in the summer of 2016 on vacation, four of us, it was inevitable to decide to begin publishing books.

Within the next three years, we found partners in many countries around the world and decided to start in the first months of 2020. The pandemic that hit the planet delayed us by a year.

We named our publications as Theon, from a real person of antiquity. Theon of Smyrna or Theon the Platonic philosopher as later writers called him, was a Greek mathematician and philosopher (70 AD - 135 AD). He was a follower of Platonic philosophy and was particularly concerned with the study of Platonic dialogues.

Theon House aims to present to the global reading community works by talented writers carefully selected from us, impeccably curated for an unprecedented reading experience.

We are already preparing some books, and we will start publishing them in December of this year.

The submissions that have been made so far show a level that we actually expected from the new British and foreign writers.

Our first target is to present books that have quality content with new ideas, clear writing, and fascinating stories that will excite readers around the world.
